Greek Street and Bluegrass Whisky Thanksgiving Competition 2025 is open to entrants over 18
years old. Entries will be accepted from 9:00:00 GMT on 22 NOV 2025 to 23:59:59 GMT on 28
NOV 2025. UK only. See full T&Cs for details. Purchase necessary for entry.
1. The Promoter: The promoter is 3 Greek Street, a company registered in England under company
number 15050372, with its registered office at 3 Greek Street, Soho, W1D 4NX.
2. The Prize Provider: The prize is provided by Republic Drinks, registered in England under
company number 15259316, with its registered office at 27 Woodruff Avenue, Hove, East Sussex,
England, BN3 6PG.
3. Acceptance of Terms: By entering this promotion, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms
and conditions. The Promoter and Prize Provider reserve the right to amend or withdraw the
promotion at any time, in whole or in part, without prior notice due to circumstances beyond their
control. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Eligibility: (i) This competition is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18
years or over at the time of entry. (ii) Proof of age and UK residency may be required. (iii)
Employees of 3 Greek Street, Bluegrass Distillery, Republic Drinks and their immediate families,
affiliates, agents or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
5. Competition Period: The competition opens at 10:30 GMT on 22 Nov 2025 and closes at 22:30
GMT on 28 Nov 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
6. How to Enter: To enter, individuals must: Like the relevant competition Instagram post on the
@3greekstreetsoho Instagram page. Tag at least one friend in the comments. Follow both
@bluegrassdistillers and @3greekstreetsoho on Instagram. Additional Entry Conditions: One like,
comment and follow = one entry. Purchases must not be exchanged or refunded during the
promotion period. Only purchases from 3 Greek Street Soho are valid. Entries not meeting all
criteria will be deemed invalid. No entries via third parties or automated systems will be accepted.
7. Winner Selection: 1 (one) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on 28 Nov
2025. The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM. The winner will have 4 (four) days to claim
the prize, during which time the prize provider will make reasonable attempts to make contact. If
the prize is not claim within the specified timeframe a new winner will be selected.
8. The Prize: The winner will receive (i) Bluegrass T-Shirt (ii) Bluegrass Toasted Oak + Straight Rye
(iii) £100 bar tab at 3 Greek St (entrants must be aged 18 or over).
9. Prize Restrictions: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for
cash or other alternatives. The winner may not resell or offer the prize for auction. If the winner is
unable to attend, no compensation or alternative prize will be offered.
10. Liability: The Promoter and its suppliers accept no responsibility for any damage, loss,
liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the competition or
accepting the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to replace any part of the prize with an
alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary.
11. Data Protection: All personal data submitted will be processed in accordance with the UK
GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Entrants' information will be used solely for administration
of the competition. The winner’s contact details will be shared with Republic Drinks for prize
fulfilment purposes only. All data will be stored securely and deleted after the conclusion of the
competition unless consent for further communication is provided.
12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
