When we think of the Americas and whiskey, we often think of Kentucky and Tennessee. But American whiskies have a long and interesting history that has influenced Scotch and Irish whiskies. 

We’ll explore the important role of the Americas in the whisky industry, from the grain to the stills, the aging and bottling processes.  

What happens to the barrels and casks used to make Bourbon, where do they go and how many times can they be used both in the states or around the world?
