Tonight we are joined by the team from Boann Distillery in Ireland to taste the whistler range of single malts. 

Boann carries out the whole production on site from Milling to the mash with aging taking place in carefully selected oak cask, once the whiskey is ready they also bottle on-site 

Because this distillery is family owned a lot of care has gone into the craft of whisky making.
